I've always believed that behind every successful business is a person who took a risk, worked through uncertainty, and sacrificed to build something meaningful. That's why I started CrossPeak Investments.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work on complex transactions across renewable energy, corporate development, investment banking, and mergers and acquisitions. Those experiences taught me how to evaluate businesses, negotiate transactions, and create value — but they also taught me that every deal represents someone's life's work.

Too often, selling a business becomes just another financial transaction. I don't see it that way.

At CrossPeak Investments, my goal is to partner with owners of small and mid-sized businesses who care deeply about the future of their company, their employees, and the legacy they've built. Whether an owner is preparing for retirement, planning a transition, or simply exploring their options, I believe they deserve a buyer who values what they've created and approaches every conversation with honesty, transparency, and respect.

Before founding CrossPeak Investments, I built my career leading business development initiatives, originating strategic partnerships, and executing transactions involving hundreds of millions of dollars in capital investment. That experience gives me the discipline to evaluate opportunities thoughtfully and the perspective to structure transactions that work for everyone involved.

What matters most to me, however, isn't simply closing deals — it's building long-term relationships and earning trust. I believe the best acquisitions happen when both sides feel they've achieved the right outcome.
